Website Usage

UltimateSiteHost strictly prohibits the usage of our free hosting services for illegal purposes or for reasons where it is found that such content may, without reasoning, be hazardous to the performance of our Network software.

Such content includes, but is not limited to:

• Galaxytool
• Hacks/Cracks
• RapidLeech, RapidGet, Warez, Torrent Trackers
• HYIP, PTC (Pay-to-Click)
• Spamming, Phishing
• IRC, Proxies
• Copyright Infringements
• Adult Content, Child Pornography
• File/Image/Video Hosting
• Resource Heavy Scripts (e.g. Social Networking Scripts)

We do not allow more than one free hosting account per user, and those who have more than one free hosting account shall be suspended.

Languages

At this time UlimateSiteHost only supports English and Spanish websites on free hosting. You may have websites in other languages as long as they have an English version.

Resource Usage

Any action or script performed or executed on your account that generates high CPU or RAM usage is not allowed as it will affect the overall performance of the server, thus affecting the other users as well.

Such actions or scripts include, but are not limited to:

• Cron jobs that are executed more than once per 15 minutes or generating a lot of CPU load
• Sending of a huge number of emails within a short period of time
• Any scripts that run in the background on the server
• Outdated and insecure websites and/or scripts that are easily abused or hacked
• Socket usage

Failure to comply will result in account termination depending on the seriousness of the abuse.

File Storing

UltimateSiteHost prohibits the usage of our free hosting services for the sole purpose of file storage or hotlinking from other websites.

If the distributor of a certain file or package states within the license that the file or package may not be distributed without first obtaining permission from the distributor, please refrain from attempting to distribute the file or package.

While UltimateSiteHost does allow users to create a gallery and upload pictures into it for sharing purposes, we do not entertain websites with the sole purpose of file, image or video sharing.

Account Inactivity

Within 24 hours of account creation, there must be an index page (a construction page is acceptable) on your website. If you fail to provide an index page, you risk account suspension. The default landing page is not acceptable. You must login to cPanel at least once every 6 months or else your account will be suspended for inactivity.

Liability

While UltimateSiteHost does make occasional (weekly) backups of the entire server, the responsibility lies primarily on the user himself/herself to make frequent backups of his/her website. UltimateSiteHost will not be liable for any possible damages or losses with regards to your website.

Conclusion

Failure to comply to any of the above terms will result in account suspension or termination of your free hosting account with UltimateSiteHost without notice depending on the severity of the violation. These Terms of Service are subject to change any time at our own discretion.
