Using Mass Mail Scripts?
ok, i have a few small php scripts i used a few years back with my friends in college. Basically the link and everything was private and contained a password so that no one could just use it. And would then open the site on our phones and spam our classmates by sending them over 100 text messages to their phone number, NOT email coming from different numbers.
I am not looking to get suspended here and will be headed over to the TOS at this moment to see if this is acceptable but will post this anyway so that others with the same questions can know the answer! Edit: I believe it falls under the "Sending of a huge number of emails within a short period of time" so its a no go! ![]() Wilson |

RE: Using Mass Mail Scripts?
Thanks for taking the time to read our TOS. Unfortunately, we don't allow mass mail scripts because of the resource usage, and it's considered spam. There is a limit to how many emails you can send per hour, but mass emails are still not allowed.

RE: Using Mass Mail Scripts?
The limit is more than most people need / ever use. I don't want to give out the limit because we've had abusive users in the past. (But if you must know, you can PM me)
What are you trying to do exactly? I can add/edit the MX records for your account, just open up a new thread. Please read our Terms of Service and Member Guide. |

I think this must go in a FAQ about this little details, like whats happens when you fail in login to your CPanel and others cool stuffs. Another question: Theres a limit in how much emails can i receive by hour/day? Thanks. |

RE: Using Mass Mail Scripts?
I will try to update the FAQ when I get a chance, thanks for your suggestion.
To answer your question, no, there I don't believe there is a limit to the number of emails you can receive. Please read our Terms of Service and Member Guide. |
