If you need help with your website, you can post your questions on our community forums.

There is something wrong with my hosting account, where do I go?

We do not provide hosting support, but for issues regarding your free hosting account, but you can post a topic on our forums if you think an error has been made.

Do you support PHP and MySQL?

Yes we support PHP and MySQL, not to mention a lot of other features.

Do you allow IRC, Adult Content, or Proxies on your servers?

No we do not. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information.

How do I know my IP is blocked?

If you have more than 5 consecutive failed logins from the same IP address, your IP will be blocked. You will have to post a thread on the forums to remove your IP from our block list.

How many emails can I send per day?

We do not allow mass mailing as it is considered abusive. There is a limit in place for those that try to send a massive amount of emails in a short amout of time
